Welcome to Mi México! We are a family-owned restaurant where tradition blends with authentic flavor!

Our story began in 1991 in the city of Bellingham, Washington, where Antonio Amador, our motivated founder, established his first restaurant to much success. Our story continues when Antonio Amador and his cousin Modesto Ramos decided to try their luck at expanding in the state of Colorado in 1999.

Today, over 30 years later there are 9 restaurants across Colorado including the cities of Aurora, Montrose, Grand Junction, Frisco, Falcon, Ouray, and Colorado Springs.
